The service allows all registered users of the Platform (“users”) to trade virtual currencies and commodities with other users.
Depending on Your country of residence, You may not be able to use all the functions of the Site. It is your responsibility to follow those rules and laws in Your country of residence and/or country from which You access this Site and Services.
As long as you agree to and actually comply with these Terms of Use, minigametoken.com grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and limited right to enter and use the Site and the Service.
By opening an account to use the Service ("Account"), You expressly represent and warrant:

LIMITED RIGHT OF USE

MAINTAINING YOUR ACCOUNT: OUR RULES

By registering with us, You agree to provide minigametoken.com with current, accurate, and complete information about Yourself as prompted by the registration process, and to keep such information updated. You also are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account information, including your password, email, wallet address, wallet balance, and for all activity including Transactions that are posted to Your Account. If there is suspicious activity related to your Account, we may request additional information from You, including authenticating documents, and freeze any transactions pending our review. You are obligated to comply with these security requests, or accept termination of Your Account. You are required to notify minigametoken.com immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account or password, or any other breach of security by email addressed to [email protected] Any Member who violates these rules may be terminated, and thereafter held liable for losses incurred by minigametoken.com or any user of the Site.
Finally, You agree that You will not use the Service to perform criminal activity of any sort, including but not limited to, money laundering, illegal gambling operations, terrorist financing, or malicious hacking.
PLATFORM TRANSACTION PROCESS
The Platform allows Buyers to submit offers to purchase virtual currency and Sellers to submit offers to sell virtual currency. The Price for which Users offer to purchase or sell the currency is at their own discretion.
Users recognise that their offers should only be submitted after careful consideration and once submitted Users are prepared to enter into a KHS Purchase Transaction with another User. Therefore, offers made by Sellers and Buyers on the Platform represent their unconditional acceptance to be bound by an agreement as soon as the Price set in their offer matches with the Price set in an offer submitted by a Buyer or Seller, respectively. Sellers and Buyers agree that as soon as their respective offers are matched, such offers are binding and may not be withdrawn. The KHS Purchase Transactions will be completed instantaneously upon the matching of the Buyer's and Seller's offers, without prior notice to the Seller and Buyer, and will be considered to have taken place at that date and time.
Users acknowledge and agree that withdrawing, depositing or otherwise receiving Bitcoins into their account may take be- tween one (1) hour and twenty-four (24) hours, barring unforeseen or unavoidable network issues.
minigametoken.com responsibility shall be limited to using reasonable technical efforts to ensure the receipt of the virtual currency transferred. When initiating virtual currency transactions to a user who is not a minigametoken.com User, minigametoken.com responsibility shall be further limited to ensuring the transfer of the neces- sary technical data to the Bitcoin peer-to-peer network.
The minimum payout amount per 1 transaction is limited to 0.0001 BTC. Auto payout will only be processed when all payees have a minimum of 0.0001 BTC to be transferred.
minigametoken.com charges a commission 0.0001 BTC from the amount being sent, for Bitcoin Transfer Trans- action service, which is executed instantly upon request, using the “Manual withdrawal” option.
The minimum amount, which can be executed on the minigametoken.com trade platform is limited to 0.00000001 BTC
The minimum amount of KHS which can be traded on the minigametoken.com platform is limited to 0.00000020 KHS.
TRANSACTION LIMITS
The price is limited to 6 digits
The minimum amount is limited to 0.01
Rounding is done up to the eighth digit after the separator (0.01000001)
The maximum amount is limited to 999999.99999999
ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS
Users shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any transfer of virtual currency to a Transferee shall be a valid and legal transaction not infringing any laws including money-laundering laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your minigametoken.com Account at any time if we reasonably believe to be required to do so by law or in order to comply with recommendations issued by a relevant government authority or recognized body for the prevention of financial crime.
It is strictly forbidden to use your minigametoken.com Account for any illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud and money laundering. We will report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement agency. You are prohibited from using your minigametoken.com Account in an attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the usage restrictions imposed by a merchant on the services it provides.
It is your and not our responsibility to ensure that you only send payments to or receive payments from persons or entities for the sale or supply of goods and services that you may provide or receive in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. The mere fact that a person or entity accepts payments through us is not an indication of the legality of the supply or provision of their goods and services. If you are in doubt as to the legality of a supply or purchase, you should not continue with your payment.
minigametoken.com'S OBLIGATIONS
Users acknowledge and agree that, when completing Transactions, they are trading with other Users, and Users accept that minigametoken.com acts only as an intermediary in such Transactions and not as a counterparty to any trade. It is thus the Users’ and should the case arise, the Sellers’ and the Buyers’ responsibility to comply with any and all laws and regulations relating to the Transactions.
minigametoken.com REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT:
it will use all reasonable care and skill in facilitating the matching of offers of the Users on the Site via the Platform to conclude Transactions. All purchase and sale offers, as well as KHS Purchase Transactions, made on the Platform, will be managed in an anonymous manner so that Buyers and Sellers will not know each other. The Transaction Price is calculated on the basis of actual matched offers made by Buyers and Sellers participating in the bidding process on the Platform combined with the applicable Commission.
Once offers to buy or sell virtual currency are matched, such offers may not be cancelled or reversed. It will hold all monetary sums and all Bitcoins deposited by each User in its Account, in that User's name as registered in their Account details, and on such User's behalf. It shall comply with any and all laws and regulations relating to offering the Platform. If a User contravenes these Terms, minigametoken.com reserves the right to suspend his/her Account and block all monetary sums or Bitcoins contained therein.
The Platform is not intended to provide any legal, tax, insurance or investment advice. Users with general information related to Transactions formerly performed on the Platform and should not be construed as investment education or advice provided by minigametoken.com. Users are solely responsible for determining whether any contemplated Transaction is appropriate for them based on their personal goals, financial status and risk willingness.
USERS’ OBLIGATIONS
Users represent and warrant that they will only use the Platform to perform Transactions in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Terms and that they are duly authorised and have the capacity to enter into the Transactions on the Platform. Seller warrants that the Bitcoins offered to sell or to transfer correspond to actual Bitcoins.
Buyer warrants that the currencies deposited to buy the Bitcoins are actual currencies corresponding to actual assets in its bank account and coming from legal sources. Users agree that they will not use the Platform to perform any type of illegal activity of any sort, including, but not limited to, money laundering, terrorism financing, or negatively affect the performances of the Platform.
Users agree that, whenever a Transaction is made, the Platform sends and receives the monetary sums and/or Bitcoins from the Buyer and the Seller’s Accounts in their name and on their behalf, through the IT system in place on the Platform at the time of the Transaction.
ACCOUNT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
You must take all reasonable steps to keep your minigametoken.com Account password safe at all times and never disclose it to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you to provide your password to us or to a third party. Any message you receive or website you visit that asks for your password, other than the minigametoken.com Website or a minigametoken.com payment gateway on a merchant website, should be reported to us. If you are in doubt whether a website is genuine, please ensure the website is EV SSL compliant (Security Certificate Validation is shown in the address bar of your web browser).

Users who are not consumers ("Business Users") will indemnify minigametoken.com for any and all damages suffered and all liability actions brought against minigametoken.com for infringement of third party rights or violation of applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, minigametoken.com will not be held liable for any damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss unless the loss suffered is caused by a breach of these Terms by minigametoken.com.
minigametoken.com cannot be held liable for any malfunction, breakdown, delay or interruption to the internet connection, or if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
In the case of fraud, minigametoken.com will report all necessary information, including names, addresses and all other requested information, to the relevant authorities dealing with fraud and breaches of the law. Users recognize that their account may be frozen at any time at the request of any competent authority investigating a fraud or any other illegal activity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the liability of either party for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, breach of terms implied by operation of law, or any other liability which may not by law be limited or excluded.
TERMINATION
You may terminate this agreement with minigametoken.com, and close your Account at any time, following settlement of any pending transactions.
You also agree that minigametoken.com may, by giving notice, in its sole discretion terminate Your access to the Site and to Your Account, including without limitation, our right to: limit, suspend or terminate the service and Members' Accounts, prohibit access to the Site and its content, services and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep Members off the Site if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Additionally, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate Accounts of Members for any reason, including without limitation: (1) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or another Member's account or providing assistance to others' attempting to do so, (2) overcoming software security features limiting use of or protecting any content, (3) usage of the Service to perform illegal activities such as money laundering, illegal gambling operations, financing terrorism, or other criminal activities, (4) violations of these Terms of Use, (5) failure to pay or fraudulent payment for Transactions, (6) unexpected operational difficulties, or (7) upon the request of law enforcement or other government agencies, if deemed to be legitimate and compelling by minigametoken.com, acting in its sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed Accounts or Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months or more, and/or to modify or discontinue our Site or Service. Members agree that minigametoken.com will not be liable to them or to any third party for termination of their Account or access to the Site.
The suspension of an Account shall not affect the payment of the commissions due for past Transactions. Upon termination, Members shall communicate a valid bank account to allow for the transfer of any currencies credited to their account. Said bank account shall be held by the Member. Bitcoins may be transferred to a valid bank account only after conversion into a currency. It can be transferred through Bitcoin too according to the decision of the operator of a Site. minigametoken.com shall transfer the currencies as soon as possible following the Member's request in the time frames specified by minigametoken.com.
minigametoken.com will send to You the credit balance of Your account, however in circumstances a number of intermediaries may be involved in an international payment and these or the beneficiary bank may deduct charges. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that such charges are disclosed to You prior to sending Your payment, however where they cannot be avoided, You acknowledge that these charges cannot always be calculated in advance, and that you agree to be responsible for such charges.
AVAILABILITY
All services are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not represent that this Site will be available 100% of the time to meet your needs. FINANCIAL REGULATION
Our business model, and our Service, consists of facilitating the buying, selling and trading of Bitcoins and commodities and their use to purchase goods in an unregulated, international open payment system.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNITY

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
